Lookup

Search by phone, order, AWB, or ticket and show orders, scans, refunds, returns, and tickets.

Notes

Internal notes and customer-facing updates are separate. Only customer updates can trigger WhatsApp.

Missed calls

Missed, identified, unknown, follow-up pending, called back, ticket created, and ignored/spam states.

Android later

Caller ID and call-log capture wait until web lookup and ticketing are stable.
